A nice and well located hotel but with lazy service
The hotel is well located at the theater district. Attractivities like Opera, Obelisc or harbour district within a walking distane. By bus in front of the hotel to San Telmo or Boca
The service at the pool and lobby was very lazy and we had to remind the staff several times to bring us the ordered drinks. Unfortunately most staff did not speak english, what to our understanding is a must at a 4 star hotel

Very Good
Location. The room itself was also clean and a good size for a couple.
Difficult to sleep on a Friday night especially. The noise level from the street is quite loud.

Overall correct value for money
Location was pretty good, near all theatres, restaurants and many interesting points.
I understand that breakfast could have been included for the USD 160 per day paid. Also most of the room electrical sockets did not make good contact and should have been replaced. Also although the bathroom was ok, it showed some signs of needing maintainance.
